Paradies Lagardère's Dining Division is seeking a Shift Supervisor to uphold service standards, train team members, and ensure adherence to SOPs. You will greet guests, coordinate tasks, manage cash-out procedures, and maintain cleanliness while delivering first-class experiences to travelers.
This role requires leadership, strong communication in English, flexible shifts including weekends, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Shift Supervisors ensure guest satisfaction through proper training of employees and adhering to company SOPs. They make sure team members perform a variety of tasks, from preparing food, stocking supplies, serving, proper cash-out procedures, Micros and Data Central training and cleaning tables and counters, resetting/bussing tables, greeting guests and answering questions. Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
