Overview:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences and world-class service to our customers daily. Your responsibilities include overseeing store opening and closing procedures, educating team members about products and promotions, and driving sales to meet company goals. This role provides opportunities for growth alongside industry-leading teammates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service using our C.H.A.R.M.S. service model.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to meet store deadlines, with follow-up on daily activities.
• Assist in various store departments including customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Lead by example and collaborate with management to improve sales performance.
• Follow all asset protection policies to prevent shortages and ensure inventory control.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably with leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Physical ability to move merchandise, climb ladders, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for long periods.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
