  • Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with experience leading a 5-member Sales Team
  • Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, and metrics
  • Must have experience in motivating the team to earn lucrative incentives

Education:

Graduate or above / Post-Graduation preferred.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for sales enrollments and sales in the city.
  • Conduct market research and prepare a list of prospective customers.
  • Handle team members and motivate them for better sales.
  • Ensure team members are actively engaging in the market where enrollments and usage are happening regularly.
  • Willing to travel extensively throughout the specified areas and possess good networking capabilities.

Key Role:

  • Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales targets and meet corporate objectives.
  • Build a database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel.
  • Manage category leads from qualification to closure.
