Job summary

Gerresheimer in Peachtree City, GA, seeks an experienced Quality Management Leader to oversee the quality environment, drive improvements, and ensure audit readiness across sites.

You will lead personnel management, scheduling, headcount planning, CAPEX and collaborate with production, TS, CS, and plant management to ensure compliance and continuous quality advancement. Strong QM leadership and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a comparable role with managerial responsibility in a quality environment.
• This role requires specialist knowledge in quality management with leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of leadership methods (e.g. conducting appraisals, employee development)
• Good IT/computer user skills (e.g. Office applications, MES & ERP)
• Very good knowledge of the required QM guidelines
• Advanced knowledge of testing procedures and measurement technology
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g. products and processes)
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Leadership skills, particularly serving as a role model (integrity, transparency, appreciation, persuasiveness)
• Confident and professional demeanor

Responsibilities
