What you’ll do:

The Team Lead, Provider Enrollment is responsible for managing and providing guidance to a team in areas such as training, provider enrollment processes, and maintaining enrollment inventory assignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign weekly workload to each specialist based on priorities.
  • Provide oversight and audit the quality of work produced by the team ensuring established processes and procedures are followed.
  • Onboard, train, assist, coach and mentor new Specialists on department and Company specific processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly operational review demonstrating accomplishments, progress, and challenges for assigned division / markets.
  • Function as subject matter expert and resource to PE Specialists. Address provider issues as necessary.
  • Assist in developing training material, Power Point presentations, and provide input regarding the creation of enrollment policies and procedures for the department.
  • Complete administration functions within the payer enrollment system.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

Education:High school diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience required for the job.

Experience:3 years third party payer or provider credentialing, delegated payers (preferred).
