Snowline Health is seeking a Team Lead - Production to oversee store and warehouse operations and guide staff and volunteers. You will help coordinate day-to-day activities, aiming to enhance productivity, safety, and service quality in a community-focused environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and collaboration within a nonprofit healthcare setting, with flexibility for occasional weekend/evening shifts.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of lead experience or equivalent is required.
• Proven organizational skills are required.

Summary of Position:

This position provides support, and direction to store and warehouse employees and volunteers. As a member of the support team, you help to coordinate the day-to-day operations while increasing productivity and efficiency in a positive, safe and healthy work environment.

Essential Functions:

• Provides outstanding customer service, to include but not limited to greet customers promptly, communicate in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
• Additional responsibilities beyond cashier and processor to include but not limited to occasionally opening and closing the store location and performing closeout procedures.
• Follow safe work practices, to include but not limited to participation in established job rotation, use correct body mechanics and lifting techniques, use applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) keep work area clean and free from hazards.
• Understand Snowline mission and can answer questions about services offered by the organization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year experience in a lead position or equivalent
• Proven organizational skills
• Experience in working with a team
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple projects while performing work in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner
• Proven ability to think clearly, logically, analyze issues and use good judgment to carry out responsibilities
• Comfortable with technology and demonstrated computer skills
• Demonstrates positive behavior characteristics such as attitude, initiative, cooperation, adaptability, fairness, ingenuity, and dependability
• Is open to occasional weekend or evening work
