Job Summary

Team Leads play key roles in helping LP Analyst’s clients succeed:

Responsibilities And Duties
  • Lead and manage a small-to-medium-sized team focused on a specific function within LP Analyst's portfolio monitoring process, providing guidance and support for high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee operations of the function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize team productivity, iterating as needed.
  • Identify and address skills gaps through regular 1:1s, feedback, and development support; escalate performance issues when necessary; provide training opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other functional leads and senior management on team and function performance, escalating as needed.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management or team leadership roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with quick learning ability and capacity for increased leadership responsibilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a growing, process-improving firm.
  • Positive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to firm goals.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus.
