Job Description

  • Position requires flexible and proactive individuals who are eager to learn and share their knowledge with other operators on the shop floor.
  • Successful applicants will thrive in an environment that values collaboration, proactivity, task completion, and results-driven work.
  • Work with computer-controlled or mechanically based machines. Your interest in technical aspects will ensure proper setup, operation, and quality production.
  • Communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Ensure machines are stocked and operate at full capacity. Maintain machines through periodic checks and inspect products diligently.
  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety protocols during equipment preparation and operation, supporting our mission to develop future builders.
  • Must be able to work a 12-hour day shift.
  • Pay rate: $24.84 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

  • Continuous standing and walking
  • Turning body side-to-side
  • Lifting up to 33 lbs.
  • Grabbing and pinching actions
  • Reaching away from the body
  • Bending and squatting
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Willingness and ability to work 12-hour shifts
