Job summary

A leading automotive service brand located in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Team Lead (3rd Key) to oversee operations and mentor Lube Technicians. Responsibilities include managing the oil change process, ensuring high-quality service, and acting as the Manager on Duty. Candidates should have supervisory experience, proficiency as a Lube Tech, and the ability to obtain Texas certifications. Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an automotive or retail environment.
• Proficiency as a Lube Tech/GSA and comfort operating shop equipment.
• Must have or be able to obtain Texas State Inspection (TSI) and GSA certifications.
• Strong English skills; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee oil changes and fluid services to ensure quality standards.
• Use POS system to provide personalized service recommendations.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for store qualification.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and enforce PPE protocols.
• Act as 3rd Key Holder for opening/closing or managing shifts.
