Team Lead Phlebotomist Driver - Indianapolis (Paid Training)

Position Summary

Responsible for timely completion of work, coaching staff, quality assurance, and compliance in phlebotomy. Operates mobile drive vehicles safely and efficiently, and collaborates with teams to achieve organizational goals.

Schedule
  • Flexible availability to match community blood drive schedules.
  • Full-time (32-40 hours/week).
  • Schedules posted 2-3 weeks in advance.

A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities
  • Operate DOT-compliant full-size vehicle and transport staff and supplies.
  • Travel to various collection sites.
  • Set up collection sites, perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and equipment maintenance.
  • Lead and mentor team members, ensure donor safety and satisfaction.
  • Rebook donors, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain records.
Qualifications
