Job description

This position works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to:

1. Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers, drive sales, and increase profits.
2. Assist Team Members in completing their tasks efficiently.
3. Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education.
4. Act as the leader on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, responding to customer and team member concerns.
5. Open and close the store, ensuring the safety and security of all bookstore property and team members.

Salary for applicants in the State of Colorado ranges from $15.87 to $19.75 per hour.
