Job summary

Davita Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to oversee store operations, assist with stocking and pricing merchandise, and ensure team training and safety. The role requires leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, focusing on driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Assist Department Manager and Team Members to meet customer needs.
Ensure team members receive training and compliance education.
Act as leader on duty and respond to concerns.

Position Overview

The Team Lead works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers and drive sales and profits. They assist Team Members with completing their tasks within the store. The Team Lead ensures all team members receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education. They act as the leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, opening and closing the store, and ensuring all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.
