Job description

This position works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to:

1. Receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers, drive sales, and increase profits.
2. Assist Team Members in completing their work within the store.
3. Ensure all team members receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education.
4. Act as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager.
5. Handle opening and closing procedures, ensuring the safety and security of all bookstore property and team members.
