Job description

This position works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers, drive sales, and increase profits.

Responsibilities include assisting Team Members with completing their tasks within the store, ensuring all team members receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education.

The role acts as the leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, as well as opening and closing the store. It also involves ensuring all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.
