Job description

Position Overview

This position works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers, and drive sales and profits.

Responsibilities include assisting Team Members with completing their tasks, ensuring all team members receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education.

The role also acts as the leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, and opening and closing the store while ensuring the safety and security of all bookstore property and team members.

For applicants in the State of Colorado, the pay range is $15.87-$19.75/hr.
