Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Regular and consistent attendance.
  • Upholding and administering all company policies.
  • Training, developing, and coaching non-management employees.
  • Performing all team positions as required.
  • Operating projection and audio-visual equipment, hardware and software.
  • Ensuring operational delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitoring maintenance and operational standards.
  • Enforcing dress code policies.
  • Completing or progressing through team lead training.
  • Understanding and demonstrating all team member policies and procedures.
  • Having advanced knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
  • Reporting performance issues and policy violations to management.
  • Monitoring risk management related to safety, loss prevention, and emergency situations.
  • Reading and understanding training materials on harassment prevention and compliance.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. At least three months of supervisory experience, or six months of theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program, or demonstrated leadership potential to management.

If serving alcohol, must be of legal age and complete necessary training and certification.

Language Ability

Good public speaking skills, effective communication in oral and written form, and active listening skills.

Math Ability

Ability to perform calculations accurately and identify errors.

Reasoning Ability

Problem-solving skills, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with PC platforms, email, word processing, spreadsheets, and office equipment.

Personal Skills

Excellent customer and coworker interaction, goal setting, time management, and prioritization.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises employees according to company policies and laws.

Physical and Environmental Demands

Frequent standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity, and communication. Occasional climbing, balancing, lifting up to 75 lbs., and vision requirements. Moderate noise environment with possible increases.
