High School Diploma or equivalent. At least three months of supervisory experience, or six months of theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program, or demonstrated leadership potential to management.
If serving alcohol, must be of legal age and complete necessary training and certification.
Good public speaking skills, effective communication in oral and written form, and active listening skills.
Ability to perform calculations accurately and identify errors.
Problem-solving skills, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency with PC platforms, email, word processing, spreadsheets, and office equipment.
Excellent customer and coworker interaction, goal setting, time management, and prioritization.
Supervises employees according to company policies and laws.
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity, and communication. Occasional climbing, balancing, lifting up to 75 lbs., and vision requirements. Moderate noise environment with possible increases.
