The Team Lead of Restaurant Service Technicians is part of the Restaurant Facility Team which is tasked with continuously monitoring, repairing, and optimizing the performance of existing restaurant assets to discover defects, improve reliability, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction more quickly. The director will lead Mobile Restaurant Service Technicians (RST) who are dedicated to supporting a restaurant chain well known for its superior service across multiple markets in the US. This director will support the technicians who are performing preventative and reactive care to Kitchen Equipment and Building Systems which include HVAC, kitchen hood ventilation, refrigeration, and hot/cold cooking production equipment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge for the Hot and Cold Sides of Kitchen Production Equipment, Closed Refrigeration Systems, Building Mechanical and Exhaust Systems and with a proven track record of leading others in a service-driven environment.
Candidate must live in/around the Atlanta, GA area.
