The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability, with a shift schedule Sunday night through Thursday morning and a $3.00 shift differential. Opportunity to drive improvements and contribute to local manufacturing operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Lead – Night Shift to guide our team in achieving production goals while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. This role is responsible for coordinating daily activities, supporting team members, and ensuring work is completed safely and effectively. Key Responsibilities

Hours: Sunday 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; Monday to Thursday 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Shift Differential: $3.00
