Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Mechanic, located in New Rochelle, NY. This role is ideal for someone who can both perform installations and lead a crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial window installations, managing a small team of installers, and maintaining professionalism on every jobsite. Candidates must have at least 5-10 years of experience installing various window types, including vinyl, aluminum, wood, and uPVC systems. The right person is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. Experience with brands like Andersen, Crystal, Pella, and Marvin is a plus. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 75+ lbs are required. We offer competitive pay based on experience, performance bonuses, and year-round work.
