Job summary

Silfex, Inc., a Lam Research Company, is seeking an Experienced Material Handler for our Eaton, OH facility with a C shift (6pm–6am). The role focuses on shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, forklift operations, and ensuring timely movement of materials to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 6+ years of warehousing experience, ability to read drawings/instructions, forklift certification, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years warehousing/mater ial handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple work instructions and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day shipping and receiving with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify quantities against purchase orders or invoices; inspect goods for serviceability.
• Process transactions in the ERP system to track inventory and materials.
• Operate forklift to move goods within the facility.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow all safety policies.
• Keep accurate daily records of productivity and inspections.
