We’re looking for a motivated Team Lead to guide our assembly operations and inspire excellence every day.
Under direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is a resource to provide direction regarding processes, procedures and information within the warehouse. Accountable for the team’s overall safety, quality, productivity, performance, customer service and process improvements. Works closely with other department team leads and management to ensure daily objectives are met with assigned team. This employee will maintain the materials in the warehouse in an organized fashion with part numbers on all product, pull and stage jobs as assigned per the production schedule. Inventory accuracy is the highest priority for this role except for safety which is the only activity that outweighs accuracy.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25.76 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
