*This role is NOT remote or hybrid. Position is in person at a sub-acute treatment center.

*You must have a Master's Degree in social services and reside in the Portland/Gresham OR metro area.

*You must have your QMHP in Oregon.

Program Type: Sub-Acute

Referral Process: Typically involves a long-term care referral to the Oregon Office of Addictions and Mental Health. We also accept direct community referrals when capacity allows.

# of Beds: 16 beds

Who We Serve: Adults 18+ diagnosed with a serious mental illness.

Under supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, this Team Lead position supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates services, and collaborates with other agencies, providing services as outlined in the essential functions.

Shifts Available:

Sunday - Thursday, 11:00am - 7:30pm

Starting wage range: $35.00 - $43.21, based on geographic location and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in a mental health setting
  • Registered as a QMHP in Oregon
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance
  • Willingness to use the company vehicle for client transportation
