As a Team Lead, Manufacturing, you will ensure that dsm-firmenich products are of consistent and high quality by producing products in compliance with established dsm-firmenich/GMP procedures. dsm-firmenich Biomedical is a leader in biomaterials, committed to sustainable healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Perform operations within the manufacturing department, adhering to SOPs and safety requirements.
2. Handle chemicals and solvents as required.
3. Perform operations outside own department when needed, independently.
4. Demonstrate advanced understanding of processes and troubleshooting skills.
5. Follow production schedules and guidelines.
6. Operate various equipment and hand tools independently.
7. Report to Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, with a high level of expertise expected.
