Position Overview

As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily production requirements, monitor schedules, train staff, audit procedures, and respond to line issues. Your leadership will ensure quality products and customer satisfaction, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Track safety, quality, delivery, and cost data; address gaps in the Masco Operating System (MOS).
2. Create and maintain standard work procedures.
3. Assess team skills, identify training needs, and develop team members.
4. Communicate quality and safety goals; conduct audits and report incidents.
5. Improve material flow and ensure procedural compliance.
6. Monitor processes, identify improvements, and respond to team suggestions.
7. Lead daily huddles and support onboarding.
