Position Overview

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the logistics team, ensuring the efficient management of warehousing, distribution, and inventory processes. This role involves coordinating team activities, providing training and guidance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Physical and Location Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is regularly required to sit and climb or balance and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is regularly required to access and physically navigate the warehouse facility. This is an exempt position, requiring flexibility in work hours to meet operational needs. The employee must have the ability to stand on-call.
