Job Summary/Objective:

Responsible for safely and effectively leading and providing direction to a crew or team on a single job site to increase productivity, reduce waste, increase revenue, and reduce expenses while ensuring the highest quality of craftwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the safety of all crews assigned and the safe execution of processes.
2. Correctly perform all distribution work, craftwork, and processes as outlined in Novinium Rejuvenation Instructions (NRI).
3. Efficiently plan daily schedules and work, identify and avoid hazards, and record daily work activities.
4. Provide reports to management and customers, as directed.
5. Perform inventory control, including initial ordering, re-ordering supplies, and quarterly/monthly inventory counts on crew-assigned materials.
6. Document rejuvenation and cable data into Knomentous and customer reports.
7. Assist with identifying out-of-scope requests and work with Area Managers, Regional Operations Managers, and Sales Managers to facilitate change orders.
8. Report and document abnormalities and incidents in a timely fashion.
9. Ensure the quality and productivity of team members; train and develop team members assigned.
10. Ensure the quality and productivity of subcontractors; approve timesheets for Novinium employees and subcontractors.
11. Direct workflow and approve work performed by subcontractors.
