Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a Team Lead to help run the site with a friendly, energetic approach. This part-time position offers opportunities to learn how to lead a team in a fast-paced car wash environment.

You will be responsible for opening/closing, enrolling customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles for the tunnel, and guiding them onto the conveyor. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
