Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Pickens, SC is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily operations and lead a friendly, results-oriented team in a fast-paced car wash environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and weekly commission in addition to base pay; applicants must be 18+ and able to stand and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
