Key Responsibilities:

• Manage jobs on site to ensure operations run on schedule and within budget
• Perform various hands-on tasks to complete jobs with high quality and customer satisfaction
• Utilize expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure high standards of work quality
• Follow instructions, company processes, and safety requirements
• Communicate clearly and promptly with customers, office, teams, and vendors
• Assist in planning, managing materials, tasks, and schedules
• Lead and coach team members for continuous growth
• Keep job sites, company vehicles, and shop clean, organized, and safe
• Work towards personal, team, and company goals
• Support the Operations Manager, office staff, and team members in various tasks
• Assist in estimating and other business tasks as needed
• Represent the House Doctors brand in the community

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in residential building, maintenance, and remodeling
• Proven skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light plumbing, and electrical; siding, roofing, deck skills are a plus
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, work with hands, climb ladders, and move 75 lbs independently
• Valid Driver's License and criminal background check required
