As a Team Lead, you will:

• Teach: Promote children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation. Classroom instruction constitutes at least 50% of your weekly schedule.
• Communicate: Build relationships with families to support children’s achievement and center success.
• Mentor: Assist with management, training, and mentoring of new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences.
• Lead: Assume duties of Director or Assistant Director during their absence, including opening and closing the center.
• Ensure: Daily child care following licensing guidelines and company standards.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old with experience in a licensed childcare facility, classroom leadership, and lesson plan implementation.
• College credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA, preferred.
• Capable of meeting state or accreditation requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage physically with children.
