Title: Team Lead, Kit Production

Location: 10085 International Blvd, West Chester Township, OH

Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift

We are seeking an outstanding Team Lead for Site Services Kit Production to join our 2nd shift team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure flawless operations, and maintain world-class standards in kit production. Your leadership will be key in driving efficiency and quality in our processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and effective department operations, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Participate in daily operations, resolving issues promptly.
  • Train new personnel and implement new processes with proper documentation.
  • Attend study protocol meetings and educate team members on critical issues.
  • Build work schedules and plan holidays for the team.
  • Assist in global kit production, distribution, and order fulfillment, ensuring timely processing.
  • Support internal departments and external vendors with high service levels.
  • Manage kit production staff and train new team members.
  • Serve as the primary contact for kitting operations and management.
  • Monitor staff performance and identify process efficiencies.
  • Support back orders, order comments, and express orders.
  • Coordinate review and action on custom reports.
  • Manage the K Drive and vendor document repository.
  • Provide system and courier training.
  • Attend weekly vendor operational meetings.
  • Perform quality control checks and assist with loading/unloading activities.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices.
  • Strong motivator with leadership abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong digital literacy and analytical skills.
