Job summary

Harris M L Group in Fitzgerald, GA is seeking an experienced janitorial technician to join our team for after-hours cleaning. You will maintain a clean and orderly environment and monitor supply inventory as part of daily duties.

The role supports after-hours accounts with cleaning about 2.5 hours nightly, Monday through Saturday. A reliable, self-sufficient candidate who can handle physical tasks and keep spaces organized will thrive in this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 2–3 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commercial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
• Must be available to work on Friday nights or Saturday.
