Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Team Lead for an injection molding operation in Dallas, NC. This role supports a 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM, with potential overtime on weekdays, and pays $32.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will lead a production team, ensure safe and efficient molding processes, and drive continuous improvement while upholding high standards for quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous Team Lead or Production Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on injection molding experience is REQUIRED
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to help others succeed

• Ensure efficient operation of injection molding machines and manufacturing processes.
