The role you’ll contribute:

The Team Leader supervises, coordinates, and performs patient care on the assigned nursing unit, ensuring standards of nursing care are met. They coordinate and plan shift activities, act as a clinical resource and role model, and participate in performance appraisals.

The Registered Nurse provides self-directed, effective nursing care to groups of patients and performs other duties as assigned, in accordance with the Division of Nursing standards and Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter 464.003 (3)(a).

Qualifications

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
