Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Retail Key Holder – Full-Time to lead in-store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and help teammates become their best selves while growing loyalty with health enthusiasts.

You’ll act as a direct support to management, exceed daily sales goals, process transactions, maintain shelves, and build product knowledge through ongoing training. The role also involves acting as Manager On Duty in the store manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager & Assistant Manager.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team and maintain store upkeep.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
