• Safety: Assist in monitoring safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support quality control efforts by identifying and reporting issues promptly.
• Productivity: Ensure all hot jobs are identified and work is complete.
• Conduct beginning of shift meeting and communication information to employees.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and report any shortages.
• Help maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and production metrics.
• Coordinate workflow and provide guidance to team members to maintain efficiency.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment throughout the shift.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other leads to relay updates and resolve issues.
