Job Opportunity: Generalist Team Lead (Weekend Night Shift)

This well-established, high-volume, free-standing laboratory is seeking a Generalist Team Lead to work the weekend night shift (7pm-7am, Friday-Monday). The successful candidate will oversee the entire core lab, which includes 7 different functional labs such as Chem/Hema, Micro, Cyto, Molecular, and Flow cytometry.

Job Description:

1. Support teammates in executing the team's responsibilities.
2. Train and coach team members, develop and improve standard work procedures, and respond to abnormal conditions.
3. Handle problem-solving, safety, and quality assurance for the team's performance.

Qualifications:

1. Must be an ASCP registered Medical Technologist or hold an equivalent certification.
2. 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a high-volume laboratory setting.
