Job description

Position Overview

This position collaborates closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise, ensuring the store meets customer needs and drives sales and profits. The role involves assisting Team Members with their tasks, providing appropriate training and ongoing compliance education. The individual acts as the leader on duty, handling customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, and is responsible for opening and closing the store, as well as maintaining the safety and security of all bookstore property and personnel.
