Job Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for providing supervision, leadership, and direction to the company technicians. Training will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.
2. Responsible for the entire project assigned.
3. Coordinate and communicate with all involved parties.
4. Attend scheduled onsite meetings.
5. Identify and address risks and problems proactively.
6. Oversee every step of the project from start to finish.

Qualifications – Minimum

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Willing to travel overnight; work often during 2nd or 3rd shift and on weekends.
• Experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Comfortable working off High Reach Equipment (e.g., lifts) and in enclosed spaces (ducts).
• Experience supervising individuals or groups.
• Good customer service skills and experience working with the public.
• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills; familiarity with computers and programs like Word and Excel.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic; ability to work independently.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Screening requirements: Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, Physical Exam.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
