Domino's Team Honey Badger in Charleston, WV is hiring motivated Team Leads to step up, take charge, and help run great shifts. This role is more than a job—it's a launching pad for future managers.

As the on-shift lead, you will run shifts, motivate teammates, ensure outstanding customer service, help make pizzas, handle cash, train new team members, and support daily goals. Starting pay is $13/hour with training-based increases.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
