Job summary

Domino's local store is seeking a motivated Team Lead to run shifts and keep the store moving smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, lead team members, and help maintain fast, friendly service.

Starting at $15 per hour with opportunities for increases after training, this role offers growth into Assistant Manager and General Manager through our Team Honey Badger path. Flexible schedules and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
