Job Title: Team Lead
Reports to: Club Manager
Status: Full Time / Supervisor / Non-Exempt
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in training and developing staff.
- Oversee member service to ensure staff provide excellent customer experience.
- Handle front desk tasks such as answering calls, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member information.
- Engage with potential members and provide gym tours.
- Facilitate member service issues and questions.
- Support team management and back up the Club Manager as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive image for the club.
- Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the gym.
- Assist with marketing efforts and ensure team awareness and training on current promotions.
- Manage supplies, inventory, and reporting as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands
- Standing and walking for at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
