Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead: Digital Workplace Engineer to join the firm. The role oversees user experience, performance, and reliability of all digital workplace services firmwide, providing strategic, technical, and operational leadership for endpoint engineering. The Team Lead ensures improved productivity, service quality, and user experience outcomes by setting direction, governance, and standards for workplace technologies and driving excellence across Engineering, Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams.

Key Relationships

Cloud Platform Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Security, Global Support Services, Deskside Support, Network & Collaboration, Business Stakeholders.

Essential Duties
  • Own the entire digital workplace user experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish metrics for DEX and monitor user sentiment to align with objectives and enhance overall experience.
  • Define standard operating procedures and RACI models, ensuring accountability across all relevant areas.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and eliminate recurring issues.
  • Partner with the Service Desk to reduce incidents and improve resolution efficiency.
  • Lead change initiatives and strategies to boost user adoption.
  • Standardize endpoint configurations while reducing complexity.
  • Define KPIs and deliver reports tailored for senior-level audiences.
  • Own escalation frameworks and incident responses.
  • Lead vendor performance aligned with experience service level agreements.
  • Drive the adoption of practical AI solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Lead and develop the team, focusing on results-oriented expectations.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proficiency in Windows, endpoint management, Azure, and automation with effective implementation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and communication skills.
  • 7+ years in digital workplace or endpoint engineering.
  • Experience improving user experience (DEX) and service outcomes.
  • Proven track record partnering with Service Desk organizations.
  • Experience driving automation, standardization, and process maturity.
  • Experience leading change management and adoption programs.
  • Exceptional KPI definition and performance reporting experience.
Compensation

Salary range: $128,000 – $249,000. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and will depend on experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors.
