Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee Belle Meade Lab, OHO Clinical Lab, and Cool Springs VICC lab operations. The role focuses on supervising testing activities, staff training, and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will coordinate daily lab operations, implement quality control programs, and support MLS student training as part of our academic clinical partnerships.

Job Summary: Supervise Belle Meade Lab, OHO Clinical Lab and Cool Springs VICC lab
Supervises efficient integration and management of the team and operations to properly provide laboratory services. Defines performance standards and manages operations to support consistent outcomes which meet or exceed quality standards. Plans, coordinates and supervises the activities of personnel engaged in testing and implements new technology. In support of the MLS programs, enables staff to serve as instructors for the primary training of the MLS students.
