Job summary

Baptist Health is looking for a Team Lead in Diagnostic Imaging to supervise exams across departments including ER, OR, and bedside X-ray. Role includes training new hires and students, and coordinating after-hours workflows for all imaging modalities.

The position requires an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, and KBMIRT licensure, with a preference for prior management experience. This is a full-time role on the second shift at our Kentucky facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant radiologic technology experience.
• Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
• Current Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform exams in the department, surgery or at the bedside under the direction of the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging.
• Oversee processes and training of new hires and students for the ER, OR, and Diagnostic X-ray areas.
• Oversee, support, and coordinate after hours patient workflow for all modalities.
• Collaborate with designated staff to ensure clear communication regarding expectations for supporting the Department.
