Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members to ensure high-quality work output
• Plan, coordinate and delegate tasks to team members based on their strengths and abilities
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Communicate project updates, timelines and deliverables to stakeholders
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies for increasing productivity
