What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and scale the Client Success Manager team, focusing on onboarding, activation, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client onboarding experience
- Manage performance and coaching for a team of 6-9 Client Success Managers
- Gather client feedback to influence initiatives and product roadmap
- Oversee account tracking to ensure successful client engagement and deal management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Client Success Management, Sales, or Account Management
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Strong performance management skills
- Proficient in project management
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

- Experience developing training resources and mentoring new hires
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional engagement
