Job summary

Mr. Clean Car Wash in Loganville, GA is seeking a Team Lead to support daily car wash operations by filling in wherever needed and driving production and guest service. The role leads by example and develops associates toward future management opportunities.

Responsibilities include stepping into any wash position, training and mentoring staff, ensuring safety, quality control, cleanliness, and helping drive app engagement and plan sales while coordinating opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Step into any wash position as needed to support flow and production.
• Lead by example in guest service, safety and team support.
• Train and mentor associates on car wash procedures and customer interactions.
• Support quality control when management is unavailable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the site.
• Help drive unlimited plan sales and app engagement.
• Complete opening and closing duties as needed.
• Notify management of any site issues.
