Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader in Georgia to help run the site and contribute to daily operations. You will lead by example, deliver friendly service, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, and support maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities.

This role offers growth potential within a fast-growing car wash brand with a strong focus on team development and customer satisfaction. Flexible scheduling supports both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexible scheduling; part-time and full-time available.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility and conduct landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
