Wintrust Financial Corporation, a community and commercial bank, is seeking a Team Lead, Business Banking in Minnesota to drive acquisition, retention and expansion of loans, deposits and treasury relationships. A Bachelor's in finance/business and 10+ years of experience are required.

The Team Lead, Business Banking is responsible for the acquisition, retention and expansion of new and existing loans, deposit, and treasury relationships. In this role, you will ensure the department is providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high credit quality, and adhering to the standards that the bank has set forth.
The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000-$158,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
